He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Miami Ward, an Air Force veteran, and worked for Inspiration Consolidated Copper as a heavy equipment mechanic.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Morrow of Miami; one son, Michael Morrow of Sandy, Utah; five daughters, Colleen Dyer of Apache Junction, Susan Olsen of Riverton, Utah, Jeanette Bowers of Queen Creek, Melissa Rocha of Mesa, and Kathleen Freeman of Miami; one sister, Norma Norcross of Miami; two brothers, Warren Morrow of Magna, Utah, and Jerry Morrow of Globe; and 22 grandchildren.

He was a seaman firstclass in theAsian and European-African theaters and received 10 battlestars. Afterthe war he was a heavy-equipment operator for the ArizonaDepartment ofTransportation. He was known for his mischievous, happypersonality. Heloved fishing at Rocky Point and the White Mountains,hunting and roping.

Mrs. Norcross is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Warren H.Norcross Jr. and Norma of Globe, and Ellison L. Omro ? Lowell L. Rolph died unexpectedly Sunday morning, June 29,2003.He was born in Oshkosh on February 25, 1932, the son of Albert?Bud? andHelen Steeps Rolph. He graduated from Omro High School in1950. Hemarried Audrey Silverthorn on September 3, 1965 in Omro.Lowell?s prideand dedication to Vinton Construction showed as he wasworking in his53rd year with the company. He kept active travelingwith Audrey andshoveling snow in the winter months. He enjoyed manysports, especiallybaseball. He played baseball for the Zion team foryears, proudly beingcoached by his father. He liked to relax withcrossword and jigsawpuzzles, or watch a John Wayne movie. Most of all,he loved spending timewith his family. He had a special place in hisheart for his two favoritesweethearts, Cindy and Alexis.

He will be missed by his wife, Audrey of Omro; sons, Albert ofOshkosh,Spencer (Amy) of Omro; daughter Cynthia of Oshkosh; stepson,Lester(Blanche) Fiegel of Winneconne; granddaughter AlexisRolph,step-granddaughters Sydra and Teri Fiegel. Services for Loyd Ramsey Fishback, 92, of Levelland will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, at Resthaven's Abbey Chapel with the Rev. Ernie Williams, of Balch Springs, officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Park under the direction of Resthaven Funeral Home. He passed away Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2004, in Levelland. He was born Dec. 25, 1911 in Tecumseh, Okla.

He married Mildred Lorene Hastey in 1932. Mr. Fishback enjoyed fishing and was devoted to his church. He was superintendent of Shady Grove Baptist Church in Balch Springs, which he also named. He was a farmer in Portales, N.M. and was a carpenter in the Lubbock area for many years. Mr. Fishback graduated from Quitaque High School as salutatorian and was offered several scholarships to many different colleges.

His wife, four sons, Darrel, Jack, Harold and Bennie Fishback, preceded him in death. He is survived by two sons, Donald Loyd Fishback of Belen, N.M., and Carlton and wife Vickey Fishback of George town; daughter, Sherlyn Lorene Canon of Levelland; 27 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shady Grove Baptist Church, 3537 Hickory Tree, Balch Springs, Texas 75180.

Lucille A. Clark, age 91, of Eaton, Ohio, died Friday evening, Aug. 31, 2007, at Reid Hospital in Richmond, Ind.

Born on Sept. 18, 1915, in Twin Township, Preble County, Ohio, the daughter of the late John H. and Johanna (Fahrenholz) Straszheim. She was a 1933 West Alexandria High School graduate and had lived and farmed in Jackson Township most all of her life.


Lucille attended the New Hope United Methodist Church, the Jackson Township Senior Citizens and served on the Jackson Library Board.

Preceded in death by husband of 53 years, Stanley Clark in 1989; and a infant son in 1943; brothers, Albert F. Straszheim in 1994, John W. "Bill" Straszheim in 1993, and James H. Straszheim in 1997; sisters, Mary Milstead, Bertha Johnson in 1981 and Gesiena "Zena" Bourne in 1997.

Survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Carol and Fred Kerler, Margie Coning and Keith Coning, all of Eaton, Ohio; grandchildren, Kathy and Ed Mowen, Paula and Jerry Baumann, Chris and Angi Coning and Mike and Christine Coning; great-grandchildren, Alexandra Coning, Ladia Coning, Max Coning, Becca Mowen, Allison Mowen, Owen Baumann and Olivia Baumann.

Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 6, 2007, at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 E. Main St., Eaton, OH 45320, with Rev. Kathy O'Donnell officiating. Interment will be held in Mound Hill Union Cemetery in Eaton. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2007, from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to New Hope United Methodist Church (Building Fund), 3330 Upshur Northern Road, Eaton, OH 45320.

The funeral for Lucille Scrimsher, 87, of Deer Creek will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Dugger Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Tuney Ropp will officiate. Burial will be in Bayard Cemetery, Deer Creek. Arrangements are by Dugger Funeral Home, Blackwell.

She was born Dec. 30, 1918, at Briartown to John William and Millie Pitts Madewell and died Friday, Dec. 30, 2005, at Blackwell Regional Hospital.

At age four she learned to help her father, who was a share cropper. In later years she was a cook.

Surviving are four daughters Sarah Lindsey, Faye Elliott, Barbara Shafer and Mary Buxton; one son, Steve Scrimsher; one brother, Hershel Madewell; one sister, Opal Garland; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel, two sisters, four grandsons, one great-grandson and twin great-granddaughters.

6800 Lucy Buckner Bowen, 95, of Columbia Court in Campbellsville, died Tuesday, June 24, 1997 at Metzmeier Nursing Home in Campbellsville after an illness. Bowen was the daughter of the late Richard Buckner and Elizabeth Ingram Buckner of Taylor County. She was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church and a retired merchant. She was married to Burr H. Bowen, who preceded her in death. Bowen is survived by one son, James B. Bowen; and one grandson, David H. Bowen, both of Minnesota. She was also preceded in death by two brothers and one sister, Robert Buckner, Frank Buckner, and Betty Chandler. Funeral was at 11 a.m., Thursday, June 26 at Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home in Campbellsville with burial in Brookside Cemetery. Dr. J. Chester Badgett and Dr. Ray England.
