Witnessed by James Seely, Jr., and Bartlett Seely. Signed Samuel Seely (Tioga County Deed 3:267). This must be the parcel of 592 ¾ acres that Nathaniel Seely, Jr., and Elizabeth his wife, Abner Hetfield and Elizabeth his wife, Samuel Edsall and Sarah his wife, James Seely and Nancy his wife, and Addam Seely of the town of Chemung and County of Tioga conveyed to Josiah Seely, Jr., of Orange County, New York.
