John C. SKAGGS
1. JOHN C. SKAGGS was born Abt 1805 in Green Co. KY, and died 04 September 1856 in Taylor Co., KY. He married LUCINDA SHOFNER 10 March 1827 in Green County, KY, daughter of HENRY SHOFNER and CHLOE HART.
