Evelyn Andros, of Victoria, Texas, was born October 19, 1912 inPaoli,Oklahoma to Blucher and Mahalia (Claxton) Jarrel. She passedaway August24, 2006 at Victoria, Texas at the age of 93 years.
She was married to George Andros; he preceded her in death on August5,2002.
Other family preceding her in death include her parents; 2 sisters,MaryRiley and Pauline Emery; 2 brothers, Fred Jarrel and Robert E.Jarrel.

She is a Paoli High School graduate and furthered her educationbyearning her degree in Cosmetology. Evelyn worked in Oklahoma City and there she met George P. Andros.Theywere married December 9, 1944 in Haileyville, Oklahoma while hewasserving in World War II. After the war, Evelyn and her husband operated a wholesalefireworksbusiness in Missouri and later in Victoria, Texas. Hepreceded her indeath on August 5, 2002 while in Victoria, Texas.Evelyn passed away,also, in Victoria, Texas, on August 24, 2006, atthe age of 93 years. She was also preceded in death by her parents; 3 sisters, BessieShelton,Pauline Emory and an infant sister, Annabell Jarrel; 2brothers, Fred O.Jarrel and Robert E. Jarrel and two half-sisters,Agnes M. Corbett andMary E. Riley. Surviving family include her brother and his wife, Roy and MaryJarreland sister-in-law, Loreen Jarrel, all of Pauls Valley; as wellas severalnieces and nephews.
