That Mary Kolb the widow and relict of said Thomas is now living in the district and state aforesaid as also are his children and heirs at law to wit: Jehu Kolb, Benjamin Kolb, Thomas Kolb, and Abel Kolb. 30 January 1823 - Judgement given
