- Court of Probate - Monroe County, Alabama - July 1852 - Page 416 & 417 Estate of Isaac Jordan (decd) This day came William Turner, Arthur Turner, Everet Turner,HarrietGiddens wife of John Giddins, Mary Giddins wife of Edward Giddens children ofSusanTurner decd said Susan Turner being the half sister of said Isaac Jordan decdandMary Garnett, Susan Turner wife of Everett Turner, Frances Bratcher wife ofIsaacBratcher, Isabella Corbet, wife of David Corbet, Celia Jackson and Rebecca Jacksonchildrenof Tyre Jackson decd who was the half brother of said Isaac Jordan decdthereattorney, the same having been appointed by continuance for the hearing oftherepetition heretofore filed representing themselves as heirs at law of the estate ofIsaacJordan and praying to be made parties to the petition of the executor for a sale of therealestate of said decd also ??? Wm R Agee executor of said estate by attorney andhistestimony having bee heard and examined.
