The State of South Carolina Sumter District Know all men by these presents that I Thomas Graham of the State and District above mentioned in consideration of the sum of one dollar to me paid by Thos Garrot Sen of said District have bargained & sold by these presents do bargain and sell into the said Thos Garrot Sen all the share & interest in the tract of land the property of my deceased mother Susanna Graham to which I am entitled to the said Thos Garrot Sen & his heirs executors & administrators forever being the place of the late residence situated in the district and State above mentioned bounded on the West by Thomas Comptons land & on the North & East by William Bracys & Arthur Turners land in witness wherof I do this day set my hand &sealthis 3 August 1829.
