South Carolina (24 April 1800) Know all men by these presents that we Nelson Graham, Thomas Rose, James Graham, William Dickey, John Cofels?, Elam James Mills are holden and firmly bound with William Taylor, Esquire ordinary for the district of Sumter and State aforesaid in the full and just sum of five thousand dollars lawful money of this state to be paid to the said William Taylor, or to his successors ordinaries of this district, or to their certain attorney or assigns, to which payment well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves and every of us and of our heirs, executors and administrators, for the whole, and in the whole jointly and feverally firmly by these presents, sealed with our seals, and dated the the twenty forth on April in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and in the twenty forth year of American independence. The condition of this obligation is such that if the within name Nelson Graham, Thomas Rose, & James Graham administrators of all and singular the goods, chattels, and credits of Nelson Graham, deceased ..........................(For brevity, much of this court record omitted..........but names, dates, and amounts of money are noted)

Jordan and Thomas Conyers containing two hundred acres be the same more or less being a part of a tract of four hundred acres transferred to Nelson Graham and William Kennedy by Robert Fullwood also one other tract of land granted to Matthew Bennet containing one hundred acres situate on one of the branches of Black river Sumter district also one other tract of land granted to Edward Bently containing one hundred and fifty acres situate on both sides of Douglas Swamp called Burnt Branch also one other tract of land granted to the said Nelson Graham deceased containing five hundred acres situate in Burnt Branch and bounded by lands of Nelson Graham, Edward Bentley, Phillip Wootens?, and vacant land also another tract of land granted to ? Lee situate on Charleston district on a branch leading to Wards branch and containing one hundred and fifty acres also one other tract of land granted to Hugh Evan? and tranferred by Hugh Bennett and his wife to Nelson Graham deceased containing one hundred and fifty acres situate on Pudding Swamp and bounded on all sides at the time of the survey by vacant land also another tract of land containing three hundred acres being a part of a tract of land containing fourteen thousand nine hundred acres originally granted to Robert Fulwood said three hundred acres transferred by Robert Fullwood to Nelson Graham deceased situate in Sumter district and bounded by land of Robert Fulwood John Singleton, and Georgtown district line also one other tract of land containing one hundred and forty acres situate on the west side of Douglas Swamp bounded SW on Nelson Graham lands SE & NW by Matthew Bennets SE and SW by Nelson Grahams land all other sides by vacant land also one other tract of land containing one hundred and fifty acres transferred by Cornelius Donavan to Nelson Graham deceased situateon Burnt Branch bounded by land of said deceased and the said Nelson Graham being so seized and posessed? on the___ day of ___ in the year of our lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety departed this life leaving no will or disposition of the aforesaid tracts or plantations of land leaving Margaret Graham who having since intermarried with John Rogers Nelson Graham James Graham Susannah Graham William Graham Jane Graham Sarah Graham and Mary Graham who are entitled as the representatives of Nelson Graham Deceased the elder each to one eighth part of the above described premises and to have partions and divisions of thesameand to have hold possess enjoy their respective shares ............(no further genealogical data is stated in this document, and for brevity, remaining info left out) 13 June 1803
