  Mrs Sarah Alice Amos passed away at her home, the CBR Ranch southeast of Picacho, on March 22. Mrs. Amos had been a resident of Arizona and the Casa Grande Valley for the past 19 years. She was born August 8, 1873 at Booneville, Arkansas. Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Ethel Gadberry and Mrs. Verdie Darbrough, and four sons, Orville, Jim, Marvin, and Harvey. Also surviving are 33 grandchildren. Services were conducted Friday, March 25, at 2:30 p.m. in the Casa Grande Cole and Maud Chapel, with Rev. Terry Smith, of Eloy, officiating. Burial was in Mountain View Cemetery.
