- ABSTRACT OF WILL OF ACHILLES FANNIN - WYTHE CO., VA - 1812
I, Akerless (sic) Fannon, senr. of Wythe County, state ofVirginia, do hereby make my last will & testament. I desire that so much of the preshable (perishable) part of my estate be sold and the money arising from as will pay my funeral expenses. I give to my son AkerlessFannon all my land in Wythe County, to him & his heirs forever. I give mybed to my son Akerless Fannon. I desire that the rest of my estate both real & personal be divided among my children: William Fannon, Sarah Straighley, Bryant Fannon, David Fannon and Akerless Fannon.
