Will of Robert P. Fawcett
I, Robert F. Fawcett, of Taylor County, West Virginia, being of sound mind and disposing memory, hereby make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any other wills by me heretofore made.
1. I direct my Executor to pay all just debts and charges which may exist against my estate at the time of my death.
2. I will, devise and bequeath all the real estate owned by me and situated at the village of Webster, in Court House District, Taylor County, West Virginia, being my part of the property that was purchased in my own name and in the name of my second wife now deceased, unto my daughter Lena Gertrude McAfee, to have and hold the same during her natural life, and, after the death of said Lena Gertrude McAfee, to her four Youngest children, Ersel McAfee, Thelma McAfee, Bessie Lee McAfee and Kenneth McAfee, ,jointly and in fee.
3. I designate my son David Earl Fawcett to be Executor of this will and direct that no bond be required from him as such.

The foregoing writing was signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Robert P. Fawcett as and for his last will and testament in our presence; and, at the request of said Testator, in his presence and in the presence of each other, we have signed our names hereto as witnesses hereof.

STATE OF TEST VIRGINIA:
OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE COUNTY COURT OF TAYLOR COUNTY:
On the 13" day of Feb. 1948, the last will and testament of Robert P. Fawcett deceased, was this day presented to me in my office, for proof and record, the execution thereof was fully proved by the oaths of Julia M. Hoffman and Paul P. Bartlett subscribing witnesses thereto, and there being no objection thereto the said will is admitted to record. Mar. 9" 1948.
Whereas, the said will names David Earl Fawcett the executor without bond, as provided by law, the said David Earl Fawcett who made oath according to law, is appointed Executor of the estate of Robert P. Fawcett deceased, and upon the further motion of the Executor Earl Bartlett, Dellet Bartlett and Tracy Felton are appointed to appraise the estate of said decedent.
