LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MARTHA E. HESH
In the name of the benevelent Father of all, Martha E. Hesh makeanddevise this my last Will and Testament, I will to my beloved husband Orrang Hesh thehouseand lot that I now own in Mentone, Kosciusko County, Indiana. Let number thirty four (34)inthe original plot of the town of Mentone in said County and State of Indiana, and Igiveand devise to my husband Orang Hesh all other property I may be possessed of at thetimeof my death. her Martha E. Clemmer,oneof the subscribing witnessess to the within and foregoing last WillandTestament of Martha E. Hesh, late of Kosciusko County, Indiana, deceased, personally appearedbeforeAaron A. Rasor, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, State of Indiana,andbeing duly sworn by the Clerk of said Court, upon her oath, declared and testifiedasfollows, that is to say: that on the 22nd day of April, 1907, she saw the said MarthaE.Hesh, sign he name to the said instrument in writing as for her last Will and Testament;andthat this de- penant at the same time, heard the said Martha E. Hesh, declare thesaidinstrument in writ -ing, to be her last Will and Testament, and that the said instrumentinwriting was, at the same time, at the request of the said Martha E. Hesh, and withherconsent attested and subscribed by the said Nancy E. Clemmer and Ida R. Kesler, inthepresence of the said tes- tatrix, and in the presence of eachother, as subscribingwitnesseshereto, and that the sa- id Martha E. Hesh, at the time of the signing and subscribing ofsaidinstrument in writ- ing, as aforesaid, of full age, (that is more than twenty one yearsofage), and of sound and dispesing mind and memory, and not under andcompulsion,cecrcion or restraint, and that she was competent to devise her property, as the saiddepenantverily believes, and further depenat says ney.
