Eduarda Dunham born June 1, 1950 in Mission, Texas Eddy "Lali" Dunham passed away peacefully in the early morning of October 6, 2011 surrounded by her children. She was preceded in death by her parents Apolonio and Eduarda Hernandez of Mission, Texas and her father in law Donald Bobby Dunham as well as her departed brothers and sisters. Eddy is survived by her lifelong friend and former husband, Mark Lynn Dunham, son Michael and wife Ale, daughter Aimee and husband Frank, daughter Karin Jo and husband Simi, and daughter Lynn and husband Alan. Her greatest pride and joy were her grandchildren; Stella who referred to her grandmother as Tita, Hayden, Megan, and Kamryn she is also survived by her brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins. Eddy, Eddy truly lived her life to the fullest; She had an unrivaled love for her family and built strong relationships with deserving friends and co-workers. She loved fine dining and wine and was known to take home even the tiniest tidbit of food in a to go box, as well as any table placements that were particularily appealing. Eddy also had a competitive fire in her that was evident in her exceptional speed walking ability and un-returnable drop shot on the racquetball court. She had a great appreciation for the outdoors and could name any plant known to man. The family would like to give special thanks to the family and friends who visited her weekly as well as the caretakers, Q'lisha and Valerie, whose kindness and care will never be forgotten.
Service
Visitation will be held Friday, October 7, 2011 at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South from 6PM to 9PM rosary to be recited at 7PM. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, October 8, 2011, 3PM at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South, interment to follow in Mission Burial Park South.
