  (Research):Death record incorrectly listed father as James Senteney; but correctly listed mother as Sarah Dalton. The evening bulletin, Maysville, Kentucky, May 23, 1895: W. S. Senteney, who taught school in Mason County a few years ago, was among the successful candidates who passed the Civil Service examination at Cincinnati recently. Mr. Senteney was examined for the customs service. The evening bulletin, Maysville, Kentucky, July 31, 1902 Messrs. W. S. and W. T. Senteney, of Ripley, who have been at Charleston, S.C, the past year, are visiting their brother, Mr. T. H. Senteney, and family of the West End. The former was connected with the Smithsonian institution and U.S. National Museum Exhibits at the South Carolina Inter-State and West Indian Exposition, which has recently come to a close.
