  Rains County, Texas death certificate of Ophelia Annie Cochran lists her father as Martin Waldrop.  The informant clearly did not have a lot of info, as mother was listed as unknown.  He listed Martin Waldrop's birth place as Tennessee, when he was actually born in Georgia.  The Cochran family is also found in 1910, living with Ophelia's brother George in Craighead County, Arkansas.  Ophelia was listed as a widow.
