Testament of Jusepe de Tremiño (or Treviño), neighbor of this city, native of
Guadiana, town of Nueva Vizcaya, legitimate son of Marcos Alonso Garza y
del Arcón, native of the town of Lepe, of Reinos de Castilla, y de Juana de
Treviño, a native of Mexico City. He declares to be married to María Navarro,
legitimate daughter of Martín Navarro, natives of the town of Saltillo. Declares
Juan de Tremiño for his legitimate son; and having had three bastard children:
Jusepe, Diego and Santiago de Tremiño, being single and likewise the mothers
of the sayings my children not being married ". Before Blas de la Garza, chief
justice and war captain, and Juan de la Garza, appointed secretary. Witnesses
Captain Gregorio Fernández and Ensign Lázaro de la Garza. Inventories and
errands made by the chief justice are added in eleven pages. Post of San
Francisco, jurisdiction of Monterrey, September 13, 1646.
