- Robert Elkin Will In the name of God Amen I Robert Elkin of clark County and StateofKentucky being in perfect health Sound mine and memory & calling tomindthe uncertainty of life do make this my last will and testament revoking all other will or wills heretofore by made and this to bemylast will and testament In the first place my will is that all of myjustdebts be paid, Secondly I leave to my beloved wife Sarah theplantationwhereon I now live and everything pertaining thereunto myhorses cattleSheep and Hogs, with all of my farming utintials for heruse and supportduring her natural life time or Widow Hood and nolonger. E.thence N 18 E 99 poles to a stake thencesouth 72 E 202 to a stake inJohn Bledsoes line & with the same south18 W. 100 poles to theBeginning, Forthly I will to my son EzekielElkin. One Hundred and TwentyFive Acres of land on the waters of fourmile creek Beginning in JohnBledsoes line and corner Zachriah Elkinlot & running N 18 E. 100 polesto a walnut Hickory and sugar-treecorner to the said Bledsoe thence N 72W. 199 poles to a beach. To aBeach and sugar-tree corner to John StevensSurvey thence S 18 W 99poles to a stake corner to said Zachriah Elkinand with his line S 72 E202 poles to the Beginning Fifthly my will isthat the plantationwhereon I now live shall be the property of my sonEnoch Elkin at thedeath of my beloved wife Sarah my cubbord with thecubbord furniture.Sixthly I will to my Daughter Nancy Elkin now NancyNeil Three HundredDollars.
