  Sabret and Nancy were married in Greene County, Missouri, June 7, 1846,so this leads me to believe that Emmanuel Jackson is the son fromanothermarriage since he was born about 1841 according to the 1850census. Thechild, John S. is 2, so this is the son of Sabret andNancy. Ten yearslater in Bosque County,Texas, Sabret and Nancy havefour more children.They left AR between 1854 and 1857. William S. wasborn 1854 in AR andMary L. was born 1857 in TX. In the 1860 census ofClifton, BosqueCounty,Texas there are six Everett families living nearthe Smiths. In the 1860 census, John S. Everett (63) and Susan (53) FranksEverettare in Coryell Co.,TX. At some point between 1860 and 1880, theSmithsmoved to or near Hamilton County, Texas. In 1880, Jesse NelmsSmith andRuth Mae Brandon Smith are living in Lampasas County,Texas.Jesse Smithstates in the census that he was born in AR. and probablywas born inSearcy Co.,AR.
