  Listed as a daughter of Jechonias Richard Waldrop in his will. 1838 --- Rutherford Co., NC. Will Book E, page 57. 16 May 1838. Sister, Mary Ann Waldrop, 1 cow and calf, 1 bed and furniture, household and kitchen furniture, also part of the land which my father Jachonias Waldrop, Sr dec'd formerly owned and willed to his heirs. Also, my part of the lot which he willed to my sister Polly Waldrop, dec'd with my claim on her bed and furniture, clothes etc. Balance of property to my sister Mary Ann Waldrop. Extr - Jechonias Waldrop, Jr. Witnesses: Thomas Littlejohn, Joel Littlejohn. 1839 --- Rutherford Co., NC. Court Records. Fall Session 1839. Page 405.
