  ONALD GIBSON NILES Donald Gibson Niles, age 70, of 76 East Avenue, Wellsboro died November 26, 1973 at the Soldiers and Sailors Hospital following a long illness. He was born in Middletown, NY, son of LeRoy and Eva Andrus Niles on May 11, 1903. He was a retired Millwright for the Corning Glass Plant, Wellsboro Division and a member of the Corning Glass Fire Brigade. Besides his wife, Eva Perry Niles, he is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ward (Marian) Webster and Mrs. William (Doris) Coumbe, both of Wellsboro RD 2; two sons, Donald E. Niles, Wellsboro RD 2 and Erwin R. Niles, Wellsboro RD 4; 1 sister, Mrs. Leon Holly of Elmira, NY; 5 grandsons and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Tussey Funeral Home between 7 and 9 pm on Wednesday. Funeral services will be held there Thursday at 11 am with Rev. Gordon Abrams officiating. Burial in Wellsboro Cemetery.
