Blanche was born Mar. 1, 1928, to Walter and Fern Carter FrancominLevan, Utah, where she lived the rest of her life. She marriedQuentinStephenson on Oct. 11, 1946, in Nephi. Their marriage waslatersolemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. Blanche was an active member of the LDS Church where she served inmanychurch positions. She enjoyed quilting and handwork. She worked atNephiPack for 25 years. She is survived by her husband, Quentin Stephenson of Levan; two sonsandthree daughters, Terry ( Cheryl) Stephenson, Randy Stephenson, Jill(Kim)Jarrett, all of Levan, LuAnn (Randy) Hanks of Payson, and Jolene(Brent)Campbell of Nephi; 14 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren;two brothersand three sisters, George (Denise) Francom of Las Vegas,Nevada, Don (Lenore) Francom of Levan, Nadine (Dick) Ingram of Nephi,Wanda Frehner ofSt. George, and Maureen (John) Priest of Post Falls,Idaho. She waspreceded in death by her parents and a sister, DorisBuhler. Funeral services were held Sept. 16, 2000 in the Levan LDS 2ndWard.Burial in the Levan Cemetery.
