Angie M. Trujillo
MONTROSE - Angie M. Trujillo, age 79, of Montrose, died early Tuesdaymorning, Sept. 30, 2003, at her Montrose residence, the daybefore shewould have celebrated her 80th birthday.
Angie M. Duran was born on Oct. 1, 1923, in South Fork, Colo.,thedaughter of Juan R. and Porforia (Trujillo) Duran.
Angie loved to cook as well as eat. She also loved canning, goingandvisiting people, great-grandchildren and flowers. Angie dearlyloved heronly brother, Alix. She also loved and enjoyed watchingwrestling and theSpanish soap operas on TV.
Surviving family members, who were honored to share Angie's life,includefour sons: Ted Bercillio (Virginia), Fermin Bercillio(Charolette), JohnBercillio (Teoflia), Larry Velasquez (Peggy); twodaughters: Mary Barbaand Annie Velasquez, all of Montrose, Colo.; 17grandchildren and 26great-grandchildren.
Angie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, AbedonTrujillo;and her special friend, Fabian Montano.
A vigil service will be held Friday, Oct. 3 at 7 p.m. at St.Mary'sCatholic Church in Montrose.
A funeral service in celebration of Angie's life will beofficiatedSaturday, Oct. 4, at 9 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church.Rite ofCommittal will follow in the Grand View Cemetery, west ofMontrose.
