Mrs. Hammer was born Aug. 21, 1913, to Albert O. and Anna J.(Reinke)Blesi. She worked for Federal Cartridge, and was a member ofChamplinUnited Methodist Church.
She is survived by children, Elaine (Roger) Larson of Isanti;Kenneth(Judy) Kost of Texas, Odelle Wilson of Ramsey; step-daughter,Marge(John) Hammer-Waldron of St. Paul; 12 grandchildren;17great-grandchildren; brothers, Gayle (MaryJane) Blesi of Blaine,AlvinBlesi of Elk River, Stanley Blesi of Maple Grove; sisters, MaeGabriel ofMinneapolis, Grace Lazorik of Isle, Edna (Emil) Menard ofFridley; andnieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by husbands, Herbert Kost and ArthurHammer;her parents; and two brothers and two sisters.
Pallbearers were Ben Gerard, David Larson, Bryan Kost, Rick Wilson,BrianVanderLee and Roger Larson.
