Warren, H.H.Warren, Mary Underwood and her husband Lewis Underwood, more than ten days before the first day of this circuit court and they having failed to answer it is therefore ordered by the court that the allegations of plantiff petition be taken as confessed against them and this cause is continued until the next term of this court with Alias summons to Larue County for R. W. Warren and to Hart and Barren Counties for James I. Warren.

Record of Commissioner Deeds - Taylor County Court Whereas is the action of Thomas Coakley Surviving Partner of Hazelwood & Coakley - Plantiff against Mary Jane Warren & C - Defendants, pending in the Taylor Circuit Court as order was entered at the JuneTerm, 1884 directing Chas Patterson commissioner of said Court, to expose for sale at public auction to the highest bidder, the property hereinafter described and WHEREAS said property was sold in accordance with said order, on the 1st day of September 1884 for the sum of Two Hundred and Ninety Dollars and (zero) cents, when Thos Coakley became purchaser thereof and WHEREAS the report of said sale was confirmed by said Court at the October Term, 1884, and at the October Term, 1884, an order was entered directing Chas Patterson Commissioner, to execute a deed of conveyance of said property to said Thos Coakley but for greater certainty the record and proceedings in said case are referred to. Now, therefore this Indenture made and entered into this (Blank) day of (Blank) 18__ between between Mary J. Warren, John A.Warren, F. G. Warren, Elizabeth Skaggs, W. A. Skaggs & C by Chas Patterson as commissioner aforesaid, has sold and by this writing convey to said party of the second part, and his heirs, assigns forever, the following described property, to wit: One half of the Avery Warren tract of land which lies on the waters of Brush Creek in Taylor County, Kentucky and is bounded as follows " Viz ": Beginning at Little Brush Creek on a Hickory running east with John Wood and Patsy Thompson line to a small maple thence S. with John & George Coakleys line to a stone thence West with Mike Scotts line with the branch to the Creek thence up the Creek to the beginning containing 125 acres more or less. To have and to hold said property with its appertances unto said grantee his heirs and assigns. The said commissioner conveys the right, title and interest, legal and equitable of the said Mary Warren, John A. Warren, F.G.Warren, James I. Warren, Elizabeth Skaggs, W. A. Skaggs & others in and to said property, and warrants the title thereto; so for as he is authorized by the judgement, orders, and proceedings in said cause, and no further; but he does not bind himself personally by anything contained herein, in any event, whatever. In testimony Whereof, said Chas Patterson commissioner aforesaid, has hereunto subscribed his name this 17th day of October, 1884. Chas Patterson commissioner T.C.C. Acknowledged by the commissioner,

Warren & C by Chas Patteson, Commissioner of said Court to Thomas Coakley was on the
17th day of October 1884, presented in open Court by commissioner, and was by him duly acknowledged to be his act and deed. And the said Deed having been examined by the Court,
was approved and confirmed, and so indorsed by the judge,andordered transmitted, duly
certified, to the Clerk of the Taylor County Court for record,which is now done accordingly,
