• Notes

  Rebecca Eveline (Evenline) was the 4th of 8 children. Her father was the Reverend William Marion Warren and her mother Narcissa Cribbens. During the time of the Civil War, William moved his family to Missouri for two years, then returned to Arkansas.  It was stated that he moved his family to Missouri because he didn't believe in Americans killing one another. Apparently Missouri didn't draft for the Civil War and Arkansas did. (Information from the Warren Family Historian Newsletter), various issues.
