  From the LaRue county Herald News, Thursday, October 5, 1961: Former Resident Buried at Mount Tabor Burial of Mrs. Mamie Price, who died Friday at noon at her homeinLouisville, took place Monday afternoon at Mt. Tabor Church Cemetery, near Hodgenville. she was 69 years ofageand a former LaRue Countian. Surviving are her husband, William H. Price; one daughter, Mrs.PalmerJones; a son, Carl Lee Price; two sisters, Mrs. Cora Skaggs and Mrs. George Hedgespeth; threebrothers,Ivy, Jess, and Arthur Howell; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
