Will of Thomas Ingram:
I, Thomas Ingram, of the City of Nephi, County of Juab, State of Utah,ofthe age of 81 years, and being of sound and disposing mind, and not under any restraint, other influence or representation of any person whatever do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, in manner following; that is to say:- 1. I hereby revoke all former wills by me made. 2. I nominate and appoint my son, Alonzo Ingram and my daughterKateIngram, as the executors of this my Last Will and Testament, and I expressly hereby provideanddirect that no bond be required by the court from my said executors. 3. I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Emily Cazier Ingram,forher sole use and benefit, and to be possessed, used and enjoyed during her natural life, allrealestate and apurtenances, and all personal property of every kind and nature whatsever owned by me atthetime of my death. 4. After the death of my said wife, should there remain any of therealestate or personal property of my said estate undisposed of, I hereby give and bequeath to mytwodaughters, Kate Ingram and Maud O. Ingram, and to my son Collier T. Ingram, two thousand dollarseach. 5. After the above named devises and bequests have been fullysatisfiedout, of my said estate, I hereby give, devise, and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainderofany and all real estate and appurtenances, and all personal property of every kind andnaturewhatsoever owned by me at the time of my death, or thereafter acquired by my estate, to mysevensons and daughters, 1 Alonzo Ingram, 2 Samuel E. Ingram, 3 Eva Ingram Nutall, 4 Harriet E.IngramHoward, 5 Kate Ingram, 6 Maud O. Ingram, 7 Collier T. Ingram, to be equally dividedbetweenthem, share and share alike.

In the matter of the estate DECREE DETERMINING AMOUNT OF of INHERITANCE TAX AND ALLOWING FINAL ACCOUNT. Thomas Ingram, deceased.
Alonzo Ingram and Kate Ingram, executors of the Last Will andTestamentof Thomas Ingram, deceased, having filed herein their final account, and petition foritsapproval, and their petition for an order determining the amount of Inheritance Tax tobepaid by said estate, and proof having been made to the satisfaction of the court that dueandlegal notice of the hearing of said account and petition has been given asheretoforedirected by the clerk of this court and as required by law:--and no objections to the samehavingbeen filed or made, the said account and petitions came on this day regularly tobeheard; and it appearing that said account is correct; and the court having examinedandconsidered the value of said estate in relation to the imposition of inheritance tax thereon; itishereby ordered, adjudged and decreed that the Inheritance Tax upon said estate be, and the sameishereby fixed at the sum of $360.48, and the interest to date thereon at the sumof$12.00;--and the said executors having filed herein all vouchers for all payments made bythem,including the receipt of John Walker, State Treasurer of the State of Utah,showingfull payment to him of the said Inheritance Tax and interest in the sum determined; It is hereby ordered, adjudged and decreed that the said Finalaccountof said executors be and the same is hereby allowed, approved and settled. IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE FIFTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF THE STATE OFUTAHIN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF JUAB.
In the matter of the estate DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION. of Thomas Ingram, deceased. The petition of Alonzo Ingram and Kate Ingram Wolf, executors of theLast Will and Testament of Thomas Ingram, deceased, heretofore filed herein praying for the distribution of the estate of said Thomas Ingram, deceased in pursuance of the bequests and devises made by said decedent in his Last Will and Testament, coming on regularly for hearing, and it appearing that legal notice of such hearing has been given as directed by the order of the clerk of this court heretofore made and entered herein;---that all claims against said estate are fully paid; that the final account of said executors has been duly made, and has been confirmed by this court;---that all taxes due from said estate have been paid. That said Thomas Ingram died testate, leaving a will which was, on the10th day of April, A. D. 1926, duly proved before and admitted to probate by this court as the Last Will and Testament of said decedent. That said decedent died at Nephi City, Juab County, State of Utah, on the13th day of February, A. D. 1926, being at that time a resident of said city, county, and state and leaving both real and personal property in said county. That by paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of said will said testator devisesandbequeaths his estate as follows:
3. I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Emily Cazier Ingram, for her sole use and benefit, and to be possessed, used and enjoyed during her natural life, all real estate and apurtenances, and all personal property of every kind and nature whatsever owned by me at the time of my death.
4. After the death of my said wife, should there remain any of the real estate or personal property of my said estate undisposed of, I hereby give and bequeath to my two daughters, Kate Ingram and Maud O. Ingram, and to my son Collier T. Ingram, two thousand dollars each.
5. After the above named devises and bequests have been fully satisfied out, of my said estate, I hereby give, devise, and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of any and all real estate and appurtenances, and all personal property of every kind and nature whatsoever owned by me at the time of my death, or thereafter acquired by my estate, to my seven sons and daughters,

4 Harriet E.Ingram Howard,
5 Kate Ingram,
6 Maud O. Ingram,
7 Collier T. Ingram, to be equally divided between them, share and share alike.
II. That the residue of the estate of said Thomas Ingram, deceased issituated in Juab County, State of Utah, and consists of:

III. That pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 3 of said will, the said Emily Cazier Ingram, widow of the decedent, is entitled to have distribution to her by decree of this court, the whole of said residue, the same to be possessed, used, and enjoyed during her natural life. IV. That after the death of Emily Cazier Ingram should there remain any of the said real estate or personal property undisposed of, the said two daughters KateIngram and Maud O. Ingram, and the said son Collier T. Ingram are each entitled to have paid to them out of said real estate and personal property the sum of two thousand dollars.
V. That after the above named devises and bequests have been fully satisfied out of the estate of said decedent, the said seven sons and daughters

It is therefore ordered, adjudged, and decreed that the said residue of said estate be, and the name is hereby distributed as follows:
1. To Emily Cazier Ingram, the whole of said residence, the same to be possessed, used and enjoyed by her during her natural life, said residue being situated in Juab County, State of Utah, and described as follows, to-wit:

Together with two certain mortgages upon real estate, to-wit:
* Mortgage dated March 10th, 1916, executed by Arthur H.Taylor and his wife Lena H. Taylor, in favor of Thomas Ingram, mortgagee, recorded May 25th, 1916, at page 45, Book 87 of Mortgages in the office of the County Recorder of Juab County, State of Utah a Mortage dated April 17th, 1916, executed by Geo. O.Ostler and his wife Elizabeth T. Ostler in favor of Thomas Ingram, mortgagee, recorded May 25th, 1916, Page 44, Book 87 of Mortgages in the office of the County Recorder of Juab County, State of Utah said mortgages, respectively, having been executed by said mortgagers, as above stated to secure payment of the purchase price of lands purchased by them from said mortgagee in the total sum of $13000.00, and the promissory note in this item above described being the balance of said purchase price unpaid, and said mortgages being, by mutual agreement, between said mortgagers and said Mortgagee, left to stand of record as security for payment of said balance of purchase price.
