A native of Greensburg, she wastheformer Nina Skaggs, and a retired teacher for the Jefferson CountySchoolBoard, having taught kindergarten for 21 years. She was a memberofCulbertson Baptist Church (New Albany), the NationalEducationAssociation, Kentucky Retired Teachers Association, and theKentuckyEducation Association. She is survived by her husband of 62years,Charles A. Murray; two daughters, Wanda Henry and BrendaRissler; twosisters, Flossie McAfee and Sylvia Simpson; fivegrandchildren; and sevengreat-grandchildren. Her funeral service willbe noon Wednesday atHeady-Hardy Funeral Home, followed by burial atLouisville MemorialGardens West.
