He stated that he lived in Charles County, Maryland until 1796 and then moved to North Carolina. His son, Charles S. Warren was a resident of Orange County, North Carolina in 1851, at which time his father was deceased.

Sd. orphan's estate is ordered to be delivered to sd guardian, upon his giving bond and security for sd estate. Bond taken Jun 17, 1778, Thos Hopewell and William Cox, securities. (3) page 55-56
