Dr. Kenneth McInnis Eaddy, 78, Educator Dr. Kenneth McInnis Eaddy, 78, of Avon Park, died Sunday, Oct. 19,2003,in Avon Park. He was born in Bushnell on Jan. 20, 1925 to WilburFisk andLois Morris Eaddy, and a resident of Avon Park since 1954,coming fromGainesville. Dr. Eaddy was an educator, an agricultureteacher for twoyears and an assistant principal of Sebring High Schoolfor four years.He then went to Lake Placid to become supervisingprincipal for allschools for two years. After earning his Doctorate hetaught at theUniversity of Florida then going to the FloridaDepartment of Educationand Southern Association of colleges andschools. He was of the Methodistfaith. Survivors include his wife,Mildred Eaddy of Avon Park; daughterand son-in-law Pamela Eaddy andMark Headrick of Highlands, N.C.; son anddaughter-in-law Michael A.and Gayla Eaddy of Gainesville; brothers,Wilbur Eaddy of Clearwater,and Dr. Albert Eaddy of Clearwater; onegrandson, James Eaddy.
