Notes |
- Lived in Green County, Kentucky. Moved to Johnson County, Indiana
I have an old Green County, Query that tells a little about the Bailey family. It reads: Benjamin Bailey married Elzabeth Perry in Virginia. Benjamin Bailey had brothers Andrew, Hayman, and Thomas, all lived in Green County in the early 1800's. I would like to know the names of Elizabeth's parents. Benjamin and Elizabeth Perry moved to Johnson Co., Indiana about 1823, the other three brothers of Benjamin's moved into Tennessee and later to Mississippi. James Warren married Barbara Miller. James Warren's father was Hugh Warren Sr. and his brothers were Hugh Warren Jr. and William. All served in the Rev. War in S.C. James and Barbara lived 80 years together. James died in 1853 in Green County, Kentucky. Does anyone know whereabouts they are buried? Would also like to know who Barbara's parents are. From: Margaret Gerhart Woolf, 7515 Arlington St., Raytown, Missouri 64138.
