Ky. Married by Monoah Lasley, consent byWilliam and Fanny Lacefield. Bk. A Pg. 17 Henry owned slaves Sally and Lucinda. Henry was ordained and couldmarry people. Henry and Sallie may be buried in the old Boston Cemetery, located in Sulpher Well, Ky. Metcalfe Co. Ky.down behind Scroggy's homeplace. Henry was a farmer. Henry Skaggs is the only Henry Skaggsin Barren Co. at that time.  Henry on Green Co. Tax List till 1799 May 4. Henry on July 10, 1799 in Barren Co. Survey Date No Watercourse Cert.# 784.
