- Elijah was a surgeon, educated at the University of Edinburgh,Scotland.His granddaughter married Senator Chittenden of Kentucky(dont know hername). The bondsman at his marriage was Uriah Glasscockand the witnesseswere Peter Glasscock and William Moss. Elijah was killed by Indians. He was removed by the government fromtheIndian lands but refused to listen.
