Harriett took great joy in her babies, grandbabies and great-grandbabies.
She was an avid gardener and all around lover of Mother-Nature. She was a very talented
painter and artist, and could see beauty in anything. She also loved to dance and sing which
lead her to take up square-dancing at the spry age of 85. Harriett touched and created many
hearts. She was the true embodiment of the term matriarch. She will be desperately missed
not only by the ones whose lives she had touched but for future generations as well. She
will live on in memories and in our hearts. A Memorial Service was held at Macon
Funeral Home.
