- Juanita T. (Mullens) Fawcett, age 90, of West Main Street, Grafton, WV passed away Sunday, February 17, 2013 at the Fairmont General Hospital.
She was born October 8, 1922 in Webster County, WV a daughter of the late Charles W. and Evangeline (Johnson) Mullens.
She is survived by one son, Doug Fawcett and wife Greta of Ruther Glen, VA; five grandchildren, Michael P. Newhouse, Charles D. Newhouse, Jason D. Fawcett, Cassandra L. Fawcett and Christopher A. Newhouse; one sister, Mescal McEuen of Akron, OH; son-in-law, Michael E. Newhouse of Dutton, VA; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband Paul W. "Pete" Fawcett who passed away May 15, 2000; her daughter, Patricia "Pat" Newhouse; twin sons, Ronnie Allen and Rennie Adair Fawcett who died in infancy; and two sisters, Arlie Wortman and Waveline Cox.
Juanita was a homemaker and an Avon Representive for approximately 30 years. She was also a founding member of the Church of the Covenant in Grafton.
The family will receive friends at the Donald G. Ford Funeral Home in Grafton on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with The Rev. Jacqueline Campbell officiating.
Interment will follow at the WV National Cemetery in Grafton.
