Sue Nell Anderson
Sue Nell Anderson, 79, died March 15, 2003, at the home ofherdaughter, Janis McCurdy, after an extended illness. A native ofTattnallCounty, she resided in Glennville most of her life, graduatingfromGlennville High School in 1942. She was the owner of Sue’s BeautyShopand retired in 1981. She was a charter member of CornerstoneBibleChurch. Sue Nell was a wonderful wife, mother, and homemaker. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Elton M. AndersonofGlennville; one daughter and son-in-law, Janis and Jimmy McCurdyofGlennville; one granddaughter, Lisa McCurdy Barry of Glennville;onegrandson, Lee McCurdy of Shellman Bluff; two great-grandchildren,BlakeBarry and Turner McCurdy; one sister, Samarata Griffin; fourbrothers:Racile Dreggors, William Dreggors, Norris Dreggors, and LarryDreggors;and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death bya son,Robert E. Anderson. Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 16, atCornerstoneBible Church, conducted by Bro. Robert Kicklighter. Burialwas in PigotBranch Cemetery. Pallbearers were Daniel Dreggors, Steve Dreggors, Mike Dreggors,MarkGriffin, Tommy Hilliard, and Glenn Purcell. Remembrances can be made to Cornerstone Bible Church, P. O. Box598, Glennville, Georgia 30427. Cobb Funeral Home of Glennville, Georgia, was in charge ofthearrangements.
