  Note: There is no hard evidence that Cristobal "El Viejo" Trujillo was a son of Diego Trujillo/Catalina Marquez, despite the common Trujillo surname.  Diego Trujillo was noted to be Espanol while Cristobal Trujillo was noted to be Mestizo. It is conceivable that Cristobal "El Viejo" Trujillo could have been a son of Diego Trujillo, with the assumption that Diego Trujillo had relations with a Native American women, and conceived Cristobal.  Book: Chavez, Angelico.
