He was the son of William and Elizabeth (Mullenix) Worth and a native of Newark, Licking County, OH. The ceremony was held in Fairmont, Marion County, Eugene's town of residence, by the hand of Rev. Denber C. Pickens of the Methodist Episcopal Church. She lived in Phoenix in 1966.
