  Central Kentucky News-Journal Ruby Lee Skaggs, 88 Ruby Lee Skaggs, 88, of Sanders Road in Campbellsville, Ky., diedonTuesday, Jan. 20, 2004, at Metzmeier Nursing Home after an illness. Daughter of the late Charlie and Violet Cox Sanders, she was ahomemakerand a member of Saloma Baptist Church. She was married to Edgar Skaggs, who preceded her in death. She is survived by two sons and one daughter, Elliott SkaggsofGreenville, Ky., and Wilson Skaggs and Judy Wurmser, bothofCampbellsville; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren;fivegreat-great grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Mildred Sanders; andthreenephews and two nieces. Besides her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death byonebrother, Durham Sanders. Funeral was Thursday, Jan. 22 at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home Chapelwithburial in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Earl Pikeofficiated. Pallbearers were Mike Skaggs, Billy Skaggs, Ronnie Skaggs, AnthonySkaggsand Charlie Skaggs, Joey Skaggs.
