  Coy Shofner, 58, of Campbellsville, Route 4, died at 7:55 a.m.,Sunday,Nov. 11, 1984 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville.  He was amember ofthe Zion Separate Baptist Church.  He was an employee ofUnion UnderwearCompany, a veteran of World War II, having served inthe United StatesArmy.  He united in marriage to Geneva Sprowles Dec.6, 1946.  To thisunion one daughter was born: Shelia Gibson ofCampbellsville, Star Route. Besides his wife and daughter, he issurvived by one grandson and onegranddaughter: Misty Dawn Gibson andKenton Joel Gibson, both ofCampbellsville, Star Route; one brother andtwo sisters: James N. Shofnerand Laura Shofner, both ofCampbellsville, and Mrs. Alvie Shofner ofCampbellsville, Star Route;several nieces and nephews and many otherrelatives and friends.Funeral was at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 13 at theParrott & Ramsey FuneralHome in Campbelslville by the Rev. Ronda Arnettand the Rev. RobertMorris.  Burial was in Zion Separate Baptist ChurchCemetery.Pallbearers were Shively Price, Donnie Shofner, ElbertShofner, JoeShofner, Brian Sprowles, and Scotty Shofner.
