- Alta Jean Ingram Jackson 1926-2006 Alta Jean Ingram Jackson, loving mother, grandmother, and sisterpassedaway on July 27, 2006 of heart failure.
She was born on October 5, 1926 in Nephi, Utah, to Angus Ingram andAdaSperry Ingram. She married Edwin D. Jackson in the Manti Temple onJuly20, 1945. They had two children, Reggie Lynn Jackson (Kathy) andJeannineJackson Baker (Dean). She was a loving grandmother andgreat-grandmotherto 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Edwin D. Jackson of Spanish Fork andhertwo children, Reggie Lynn Jackson (Kathy), Coleville, Washington;andJeannine Jackson Baker (Dean), Clearfield, Utah; one brother, JackIngram(Collen), Nephi; four sisters, Connie Shepherd (late, Homer),SpanishFork; Norma York (Doug), Payson; Patsy Lofgran (Gene), Payson;and DeeAnna Fisher (Frank), Spanish Fork. She was preceded in death byherparents Angus and Ada Ingram of Nephi and one great-grandson, JesseD.Byington of Layton.
