- Raymond Harold Cash, 74, of Social Band Road in Campbellsville, sonofthe late R. T. Cash and Mattie Morris Cash, was born in TaylorCounty onMarch 20, 1918. He died Thursday, April 23, 1992, inCampbellsvilleafter an illness. He was a member of the Zion SeparateBaptist Churchwhere he served as a deacon and Sunday School teacherfor 30 years. Hewas a retired employee of Southern States Cooperativeafter 26 years ofservice. He was married to Mattie Underwood on Feb.13, 1938. Besideshis wife, Cash is survived by three sons, RansieCash, Georgetown, GaryCash, Campbellsville, and Wendell Cash,Louisville; two daughters,Monzelle Parris, St. Louis, Mo., and SharonHess, Burke, Va.; 11grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one brother,Wilson Cash,Louisville; one half-brother, Paul Cash, Campbellsville;one sister,Hazel Cash, Louisville; four half-sisters, Joyce Johnsonand Delois Lee,both of Campbellsville, and Lorene Pendegraff andBarbara Cash, both ofTexas; s! everal other relatives and many friends. The funeral was at 3p.m.,Saturday, April 25, at the Zion Separate Baptist ChurchinCampbellsville. The Rev. Ronda Arnett and the Rev. GarlenSkaggsofficiated.
