William Furman (1758-1818) served as a private in the 3rd battalion, Gloucester County, New Jersey militia, Col. Richard Somers' regiment. He was born in Holland; died in Pennsylvania.
John Norman (1762-1836) enlisted from Norwich at sixteen, and, during his service, was wounded, captured, and confined on a prison ship. He was a pensioner when he died at Agawam, Mass.
Job Bulkley (1719-86) served as private, 1777, in Capt. Timothy Starkey's Company at the New Haven Alarm. He was born in Saybrook, Conn.
