Passports Issued By Governors of Georgia 1810-1820" abstracts forMarionDistrict citizens Pg. 87 - Monday 12th March 1810 On application Ordered That passports be prepared for thefollowingpersons to travel through the Creek Nation of Indians, to wit, on for James Freeman from MarionDistrictSouth Carolina with his wife, four children, two grandchildren and a neighbour’s child - whichwerepresented and signed.
Most of these folks were moving on to Alabama and Mississippi.
