  Desanges (nee Martel) - Silmser Sorrell SORRELL Desanges (nee Martel) - Silmser A former member of the Canadian Army, passed away peacefully atCentralPark Lodge in Victoria, on December 28, 2005 at the age of 87years. DearMother of Fay Silmser - Daye of Cornwall, Ontario and JackRay Simser(Kathy) of Los Angeles, California; her grandsons Rod andRay Daye; JaySimser and the late Jud Simser. Predeceased by her lovingsecond husband,Bill Sorrell. Dear sister of five brothers, the lateAlbert, Adelard,Emile, Parfait and Ovila; two sisters, Aline and thelate Leoza. Daughterof the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Martel ofCornwall, Ontario she is alsosurvived by many nieces, nephews andtheir families. Thank you to Dee'sLoved R.N.s and Staff at CentralPark Lodge for their Love and care. TheFuneral Mass will be celebratedby Fr. Joel Rama in ST. ANDREW'SCATHEDRAL, Blanshard and View Streets,on Thursday, January 5, 2006 at12:10 p.m. Cremation entrusted to RoyalOak Crematorium. Interment willtake place at a later date in Cornwall,Ontario. Donations to St.Andrew's Cathedral or to the Victoria CancerClinic would be appreciatedby the family.
